I had a conversation in the grocery store with a lady about the Fage. I like that it's not so tart like not yougurts, which makes it more versatile, in my opinion.

Loving all these WW videos by you and others. I just wish there was more content of Men being on WW. I'm thinking about joining, but is it for men?
Thanks so much! My husband did it with me when we started back in 2019. He lost 70 pounds and has maintained his weight loss. He said it really helped him to learn portion control and have an idea of which foods are healthiest. Hes no longer on the program as hes able to wat intuitively now. WW is the same as any program though. You have to make it wotk for you. And all you can do is give it a try to see if you enjoy it or not.

Why are you using paper towels on the scale? The juice from the meat just soaks through. If you put parchment paper on the scale instead, the juice will not get on the scale. The paper towel still works for mopping up excess juice.
To be honest, I have no clue. I did this video so long ago, I can't even remember. Lol. But thanks for the parchment paper tip!! 😊
@@PlanningUsHealthy After my recent shopping trips, where the packages just had sooo much liquid, 😲it jumped out at me. Wax paper also works well, without using a pile of towels.👍

Missed you friend! I do love adult Bentos when the weather is warmer. I usually don't want a meal in the middle of the day and just like to snack. I eat a lot of the Boar's Head No Sodium Added from Publix with unsalted crackers, some fruit and usually some grape tomatoes with my own Ranch. I sometimes add some Hummus with some carrots if I'm really feeling snacky. Tomorrow's my birthday and one of my son's is smoking some turkey and sausage. I will not "watch" what I'm eating too closely. LOL Then on Sunday, we're having what I call "Kristi's Salmon" with Caesar Salad and roasted broccoli and onions. Happy Mother's Day and have a great week!

Great video! I lay my meat out on a cookie sheet after prepping it and let it freeze for at least an hour, then when you vacuum seal it, the juices don't get pulled out of the meat.

That's correct. These are not keto, so I wouldn't put that in the title.
Mission also makes these in ZERO CARB! There are several flavors too including sun dried tomato & basil. I use those but not in the Dash, just open faced in the toaster oven. Pizza without the guilt!

I absolutely love your channel. I love how you make “normal” foods that you adapt to the WW points!!! I have been making your High Protein Breakfast Scramble for over 6 weeks now and have adapted it to my style. I wanted to share it with ya. I use homemade turkey sausage crumbles that I make with 99% fat free ground turkey. I googled Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumble copycat recipe and it makes my sausage crumble 0 points. I also add paprika and a little parsley, some Mrs Dash Table blend seasoning and instead of the roasted red peppers i add in chopped up sun-dried tomatoes. I make at least four servings a week and pretty much always have it as breakfast for supper on Sunday evenings. Thank you for sharing your meal preps and your inspiration! how did the cake batter extract taste in comparison to the vanilla? did it taste better?
I do like the cake batter flavor better but it's very comparable to vanilla if it's hard to find.
